Company Service
We conduct a full audit by reviewing all billing and customer service records from the current service provider. We then compare that data to multiple different carriers servicing their region and make a suggestion to the client based on their current telecom model. Upon acceptance and approval we continue to monitor their call volumes looking for ways to further reduce their billing.
Telecom Audits
This service is for larger companies who require audits for overcharges and/or better facilities management. This is a fee based service and is charged either by the hour or the complete job. Tristar retains a small percentage of all overcharges recovered from the service providers and the remainder is transferred to the client. It is estimated that 80% of all telecom invoices have billing errors and in many cases recoverable for as far back as 6 years. We were able to recover over $10,000 in overcharges for one of our clients and that doesn't count the savings going forward with accurate pricing!
Direct Customer Care
If you have ever had to call your current carrier.... you will love this! We request that our clients call us with any telecom related issues and we handle the direct communication with the carriers. Our computer systems have direct access to their trouble ticket systems, invoices and much much more. Usually we can handle issues without ever having to call the carriers directly. Hate calling your existing carriers direct? You will LOVE calling us! Many of our clients tell us this is the service they like the best.
